  • One-Time Purchase: You buy the product once without any future deliveries.

How do I subscribe to Liquid I.V.?

  • On any pack of 24, select the “Subscribe” option.
  • Choose your delivery frequency.
  • Complete checkout and payment.
  • Track your Subscriptions through by logging onto accounts page.

What are the benefits of subscription?

  • Exclusive Discounts: Subscribers often get a lower price than one-time purchases.
  • Convenience: Automatic deliveries at your chosen interval.
  • Flexibility: You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

How do I manage my subscription?

  • Log in to your account.
  • Go to “Profile” → Subscriptions → click on View and edit subscription. 

From there, you can:

  • Change the delivery/subscription frequency.
  • Customize your order by adding new flavours and updating the next order date.
  • Update your contact and shipping details.
  • Skip or cancel your subscription

Note: Once a product subscribed, the flavour cannot changed but new products can be added.

Can I switch from One-Time Purchase to Subscribe later?

  • No, already placed One-Time Purchase cannot be updated as Subscription plan.
  • Instead, simply visit the product page and select “Subscribe Now & Save” for future orders.

How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Log in to your account.
  • Navigate to “Profile” → Subscriptions → click on View and edit subscription.
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" → Choose the Reason for cancellation → Click on Proceed → Cancellation Successful.
  • No hidden fees or penalties on Refund policy after cancellation.

Will I get a reminder before my next subscription order ships?

Yes! You’ll receive an email notification before your next order is processed.

Can I add new products to my subscription?

Yes! You can add products through your subscription dashboard

What payment methods are accepted for subscriptions?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI and digital wallets payment methods.

Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions?

Yes, min two orders before cancellation of subscription. After that you can cancel anytime without extra charges.

How do I update my shipping address or payment info?

  • Navigate to “Profile” → Subscriptions → click on View and edit subscription.
  • Update your details before your next billing cycle. 

What happens if my payment fails?

You’ll receive an email notification to update your payment details. Your order will be processed once payment is successful.

  • Go to Manage Subscription → Edit Schedule.
  • Choose frequency (e.g., every 30/45/60 days) or set a custom next charge date.
  • Save changes before the cut-off.

Can I skip an order instead of cancelling my subscription to avoid charges?

Yes. If you don’t want to be charged for an upcoming order, you can use the Skip option from Manage Subscription.

Skipping an order allows you to bypass your next scheduled charge while keeping your subscription active. Your plan, products, and settings remain unchanged, and you can resume at any time by selecting a new next charge date.

This way, you stay subscribed and in control without having to cancel.

My address changed—how do I ensure my next order isn’t skipped?

  • Update your shipping address before the cut-off.
  • Confirm tax and shipping rates update correctly.
  • Re-check the Next Charge Date after saving changes.

This helps you get a proper experience of our service before deciding and allows us to manage subscriptions smoothly.

What if I try to cancel before completing 2 orders?

If you request cancellation before finishing 2 orders, your subscription will stay active, and you’ll be able to cancel once the minimum requirement is met.

How do I cancel after completing 2 orders?

Once you’ve placed and completed 2 orders, simply "Login" → Go to your Account Settings → Click on Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription.
